Meet Stephanie (yes, the third Stephanie on our team)! A seasoned Barre teacher, Stephanie recently moved back to WPB (her hometown) and, to our delight, joined our Vault family! Learn more about Stephanie...
1. How long have you been teaching Barre?
6 years.
2. Why do you love to teach at Vault?
The people! It feels like such a community- everyone is so welcoming and kind. My favorite is when we crack jokes during class and we break that steely “barre face.”
3. What's your favorite workout to do in your free time?
Weight/resistance training. I lean on the hyperflexible side, and so I feel my best when I’m lifting weights.
4. What's one thing most of us don't know about you?
I’m an acupuncturist and herbalist. During the week, I work at an office called Palm Beach Regenerative Medicine where I focus primarily on women’s health.
Also, I’m a twin! And my twin sister actually works in the same plaza as Vault, at the Bohem.
5. What do you feel is the most rewarding thing about teaching? .
Connecting with others- and sharing the satisfaction of completing something difficult together.
6. Why did you decide to teach Barre?
I was a tomboy growing up, so I quit ballet at an early age and always regretted it. I have so much respect for the graceful strength of dancers. When I graduated college, I needed to find a job, and teaching barre was the first opportunity that fell into my lap! I very quickly fell in love with how it challenged both my body and mind.
7. What's your favorite thing to do outside of fitness?
I love to lounge in my backyard with my kitty while either reading a book, drawing, or watching the clouds.
