Get to know our Boca trainers

Welcome to Vault Fitness Boca Raton! Located in the Reserve Shopping Center, Vault Boca offers its Shop Vault athleisure boutique, along with four training rooms specializing in Pilates Apparatus, Yoga/TRX, Cycle and Tread, and Barre/Bootcamp. Vault Fitness Boca is the home to Classical Pilates Education Teacher Training Programs. As an education center, Vault trainers are highly educated in their areas of expertise.

I have always loved to stay fit and healthy. I have been a staple at Vault Fitness for years where I had always done the more hard core type workouts, boxing, cycling, and HIIT classes. It was a natural transition, and a no brainer, when I decided to take FITNESS and FASHION to the next level where I  became a personal trainer, fitness/spin instructor at Vault.  The most rewarding aspects of teaching fitness are seeing the transformation in my clients bodies and observing how empowered they feel at the end of a workout!  It is truly my passion and is so rewarding, to feel the love, positive energy, and praise from them all!  I have made some unbelievable connections and relationships with many of my clients who I consider to be like family.  Every day I look forward to coming to work and giving it my all!

Meet Allison! Since a young girl she has been an exercise and sports enthusiast. She has always appreciated the mental and physical benefits to keeping the body active and healthy. Practicing for over 10 years, she found pilates allowed her body to recover and become stronger after having her 3 children. After years of being a client she decided to get certified by Classical Pilates Education and teach what she loves to others.

Meet Amanda!  The moment she found yoga, she began transforming. On the mat she learned how to love herself and others. Then suddenly it became obvious that she needed to transcend the unhealthy habits, relationships, and career path that previously defined her.  She has been teaching yoga since 2009.  She loves offering challenging and creative Vinyasa Flows while also teaching students to slow down and nurture their mind, body, and spirit with the Yin style of yoga.  She leads 6+ International yoga retreats annually and loves sharing her passion for traveling with her students.  You can find her rollerblading, mountain biking, and learning more about yoga and new destinations to travel to during her down time.

Meet Amanda! As Vault Boca’s Studio Manager and a full time Pilates instructor, you’re sure to spot her teaching a class or at the front desk. A competitive gymnast and dancer for most of her life, Amanda felt like she was missing something from her exercise routine when she went off to college. She found the missing piece while completing a Marketing internship for the U.S. Army in Germany, the home country of Joseph Pilates. Amanda felt right at home when she started integrating Pilates mat work into her exercise practice and immediately started noticing the many benefits! Once back stateside, Amanda graduated from Central Michigan University with a bachelor’s  degree in Marketing and Logistics Management, moved to NYC to start her career and made her way down to south Florida where she received her Pilates certification from Classical Pilates Education.

Meet Andreina! Born in Venezuela, Andreina graduated with a BS/D in Physical Therapy from URHCP in Caracas, Venezuela. She earned her residency at Brigham's and Women's Hospital/Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts where she specialized in Neurology ICU for Spinal Cord Injuries and in Orthopedics specialization for ACL LARS knee replacements. Andreina’s personal workouts of choice are running, pilates, and yoga. Teaching Pilates, Barre, and TRX is her passion. By integrating physical therapy techniques with her pilates instruction, Andreina is able to support her clients with a healthy, enjoyable approach to injury recovery and overall wellness. When she’s not at Vault, Andreina loves hanging out with her husband, 3 sons, and dogs!

Born & raised in South Florida, Ashley graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Rehabilitation Services. She went on to graduate school at FAU and that's when her fitness career started.  She worked part time as a personal trainer and a group fitness instructor and quickly realized fitness was her passion.  She has spent the past 20 years teaching fitness classes and working one on one with clients helping them reach their fitness goals.  In her free time, she is kept busy by her children's active sports schedules.

Meet Brittany! Born and raised in Chicago, Brittany learned the importance of physical well being early on & has continued to make fitness a priority and ritual. She enjoys beginning every day with some sort of physical activity whether it be Pilates, Barre, HIIT, Running, or Yoga. Brittany was introduced to Pilates eleven years ago, fell in love with the way her body transformed, and knew she wanted to eventually teach. After 16 years in the corporate beauty industry & traveling weekly, Brittany decided she was ready to slow down and make teaching her career. Although she had multiple certifications under her belt, Brittany decided to further her expertise through Classical Pilates Education. She is the Director of Education for CPE/Events in addition to teaching Pilates/Barre for Vault Boca.

Health and fitness have always been a passion and part of my life from ballet to competitive
dance/cheer performing from the halftime show at the Chicago Bulls to the Tokyo Bowl in Japan. As I transitioned into my day to day role as an executive in healthcare I was looking for a physical activity that was a form of art that would balance the mind and body, then I found classical Pilates. I wanted to learn as much detail as possible and truly advance my level of skills so I entered the Classical Pilates Education program. I love teaching Pilates on weekends as it is a counter balance to my day to day work life. Pilates is powerful as the benefits surpass every expectation. Trust me as a busy healthcare

Meet Emmy! After graduating from Tulane University, Emmy decided to return to her hometown of Boca Raton to pursue a career of passion in the event design and production industry. After 8 years, she stepped away from the event industry to run business operations and to design for her Father’s Landscape Architecture firm in Delray Beach.  During these years Emmy began to incorporate Pilates into her fitness regimen. Falling in love with the physical and mental benefits of Pilates, it quickly became her primary form of exercise. Her desire to better her own practice and knowledge, combined with a constant desire to awaken others to the immense benefits of Pilates, lead Emmy to another career of passion as a comprehensively certified Classical Pilates instructor.

Meet Erica! She began teaching dance in 2004 and was also the owner of a dance studio in Boca Raton. After selling the studio in 2011, she moved to Spain where she taught English and immersed herself in the rich culture of Andalucía. Upon returning to the US, she spent five years living in New York City working with world renowned dance companies. Erica began taking pilates classes over 15 years ago as an extension of her dance training. She welcomed her first child in January of 2018, and due to a pregnancy related injury could not work out. It was during her postpartum recovery where she truly understood how beneficial pilates is in rebuilding her body and strength. She approaches her classes and private lessons with a strong technical eye and loves taking her classical pilates background and giving things a twist!

Meet Jen! Born in New York raised in South Florida. Jen has over ten years experience in the fitness industry and holds several fitness certifications including; Personal Training, Primary Group Fitness, Aerobic Exercise, TRX, Spinning, CPR/AED in addition to having an Associate of Science degree. Jen’s passionate about catering to her clients, always bringing a good vibe and great energy to every class/session. She loves motivating and creating ever changing workouts so that you are always challenging your mind/body and never bored of the same monotonous workouts. Her dedication to “personal” training and/or small group is methodical and she devotes a lot of time behind the scenes creating the perfect workouts to meet the needs of her clients. She has experience training all fitness levels/ages, including those with injuries and/or lack of mobility.

Jessica Steinlauf is a former ballerina and gymnast. She developed a passion for yoga when she took her first yoga class. Yoga has allowed her to sustain a balanced, healthy, and disciplined lifestyle.

Through the awareness of breath, she is able to manage her life with more clarity and space. She incorporates her lifelong knowledge of dance with yoga to develop sequences that synchronize movement with breath. She focuses on building a strong foundation, so her students avoid injury and take their yoga practice to a deeper level physically, mentally, and spiritually. Jessica is a certified 500hr yoga teacher and a classical Pilates instructor.

Jody has been teaching all modes of fitness for more than 35 years. She loves teaching Pilates because it’s a great way to incorporate connection and flow into everyone’s lives. Jody’s Classical Pilates Education Training helped pave the way for her to tirelessly commit to sharing her love of movement with her many clients over the years. When she’s not teaching or doing Pilates, she’ll probably be found hanging out at home with her family and the dogs.

Meet Lauren! Born and raised in Williamsburg, Virginia.  She is a classically trained ballet dancer.  After attending Point Park University for dance, she performed for Royal Caribbean Cruise lines and Busch Gardens.  Her musical theater career spanned 15 years with credits including The Broadway National Tour of The Producers and Footloose as Rusty U/S.  Now Lauren resides in Delray Beach with her husband, two children and their dogs.  Lauren brings her love of dance and fitness to her barre classes.

Kathleen discovered Pilates while working as a Registered Dietitian in Kansas City in 2015. After suffering from chronic low back pain for years, Kathleen quickly fell in love with how challenging the workouts could be while healing and strengthening her body. Her love of Pilates only grew upon completing the Classical Pilates Education comprehensive teacher training program. Kathleen is truly passionate about Pilates and enjoys helping her clients work towards and meet their goals. In addition to being a CPE Teacher Trainer at Pilates of Kansas City, she is also a Vault Barre Teacher Trainer, TRX certified, a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and has a BS in Dietetics from Kansas State University.

Meet Kim.. Originally from San Diego, California she began her fitness journey at 8 years old with dance and yoga. Yes, yoga at 8 years old. Now as a dance teacher and Yoga Alliance certified ERYT500 she uses her non traditional, easy to understand alignment cues and style to keep classes fun and accessible for everyone. Kim teaches Yin yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Aerial Suspension yoga, Bellydance, BARRE and pilates. She also teaches a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training course helping yogis in their journey to becoming teachers themselves. And, she organizes and leads a yearly international yoga retreat, combining her love of yoga and travel. Away from the studio you’ll find her reading, traveling, or just hanging outside with her husband, kids and pups.

Influenced by my teachers, environment and my travel I aim to bring a unique sense of empowerment and calmness to each of my classes. Guiding through intention, meditation breading and asanas my goal is to have my students leave each class feeling renewed and
 refreshed. I am RYT200 certified teacher completed under one my bellowed teacher Elizabeth Hoffman of Urban Bliss. My passion is in teaching yin and power vinyasa, but I always teach for All Levels giving guidance and encouragement when needed. I am to live yogic lifestyle and lead my classes in a way that reflects that choice.

Meet Lisa! Originally from Forest Hills, New York, Lisa is a mom of two amazing kids, an avid music and animal lover, adventure seeker and bookworm! Fitness has been a consistent key to overcoming severe childhood asthma and remains a constant healing force in her life, After graduating cum laude from the University of Texas, Austin with a BA in English, Lisa began a career in advertising and marketing back in New York City, but always made fitness a priority. Running, spinning, kickboxing and pilates classes were her go to favorites which she maintained after moving to Florida. Good fortune brought her into Stefanie Ellis’s studio, and within no time Lisa knew she wanted to make a career move into fitness as a pilates instructor. Certified to teach comprehensive pilates through CPE, Lisa has been at it since 2011 and has loved every minute of her journey!

Meet Rachel! A 200-hour RYT instructor, is passionate about the ways in which movement can help us integrate our physical and mental selves.  Yoga is a way of coming into focused awareness of our bodies — what they are capable of, what limits them, how they adapt and how they can be challenged — so that we can be both more fit and more free.  Rachel loves practicing all varieties of yoga and it is her truest pleasure to be able to share the joy she finds in this practice with others.

Meet Romero! Born & raised in Tampa Florida , Romero has over 38Yrs of Martial Arts and Combat Training. He has Trained over 35 State and National Champions. His training skills consist of Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling and Grappling. He is a Combat Self Defense Instructor for Law Enforcement, Owner of a Professional MMA gym and has Trained and Trains pro MMA fighters. Along with Competing and taking 1st Place in a National Bodybuilding qualifier competition. He feels this Contributes to his Creative Boxing/Kickboxing Boot Camp Classes and Weight Training Methods. Romero teaches a high energy Fight Fit Cardio Boxing/Kickboxing  Boot Camp which consists of Boxing, Kickboxing and Free Weights for a full body workout. You can find him every Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at Vault Fitness.

Meet Stephanie! A Florida native who loves the beach, sunshine and Florida Gators! You can usually find her at a dance competition with her daughter or baseball game with her son. Stephanie first took a pilates class back in 2005 and fell in love with it instantly! She quickly realized it was the perfect cross training regime to strengthen, tone, and stretch her body as well as focus her mind. She always knew at some point she wanted to teach, but had a busy life of being a behavior therapist and super-mom. Forced to slow down during the pandemic, she jumped on the opportunity to become certified by Classical Pilates Education. She is excited to bring her energy and positivity into classes and deliver the same experience to others looking for a good sweat and sparkle.

Tanya Failla Clark is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Theater. Tanya discovered Pilates at the FSU gym as a freshman and has been practicing ever since. With jazz, tap, ballet and belly dance training, along with singing, acting and theater, Pilates offers Tanya the mind/body outlet she has always loved. As a Senior Teacher Trainer with Classical Pilates Education, Tanya relishes being a part of the soon-to-be teacher’s journey and continuing education process. Tanya is certified by Pilates Method Alliance, Classical Pilates Education and Power Pilates, Power Plate and Xtend Barre. Her hobbies include nutrition and health, cooking, movies, dance, the performing arts, friends and family. Tanya enjoys family time with her husband, Tyson, and sons, Logan and Adler.

Tara has been teaching Pilates for over 20 years now. From owning studios to working in some of the best studios in south Florida and Costa Rica she has quite the background. Since moving to Boca Raton in August 2018 she now works for the Vault in west Boca raton. Tara has pilates certifications from Pilates Education Institute, Polestar Pilates, Stott MAT Pilates, & Suspension Method.

Meet Tiffany! At just eight years old pilates was integrated into her athletic regimen. The desire to maintain a strong connection between the body and mind has stayed with her into her young adult years. When she is not doing Pilates, yoga, or running she can be found outdoors soaking up the sun or coaching swimming. When the opportunity arose to become a certified Pilates instructor, she jumped at it. Falling in love with the mind-body connection of physical and mental health is what drives her to continue her Pilates practice. It is her goal to spread that introspection to others and help them become their best self.
