Teachers
In addition to a strong foundational training, we require all of our instructors to maintain up-to-date certifications with continuing education credits, requirements varying per fitness modality.

Meet Stephanie!
A Florida native who loves the beach, sunshine and Florida Gators! You can usually find her at a dance competition with her daughter or baseball game with her son. Stephanie first took a pilates class back in 2005 and fell in love with it instantly! She quickly realized it was the perfect cross training regime to strengthen, tone, and stretch her body as well as focus her mind.
She always knew at some point she wanted to teach, but had a busy life of being a behavior therapist and super-mom. Forced to slow down during the pandemic, she jumped on the opportunity to become certified by Classical Pilates Education.
She is excited to bring her energy and positivity into classes and deliver the same experience to others looking for a good sweat and sparkle.Â
