As the Jewish Holidays conclude, I have been thinking about New Beginnings. As a business owner with entrepreneurial spirit, I try to stay in control of my current ventures, while staying open to new opportunities. It’s a balancing act, to say the least! While it is risky and even frightening at times to consider opening a new business, I view New Beginnings as a fresh chance to make a positive impact in the lives of myself, my staff, and my clientele.
As the Vault Fitness East Boca location opens on October 1, I reflect on what it means to be a successful entrepreneur. First, it goes without saying that a consistent work ethic is critical to success. But it is also important to always be on the lookout for openings in the market. In this case, East Boca is a thriving community that needs a fabulous one stop shop for Pilates, Barre, and Yoga – in other words, Vault! Secondly, a strong entrepreneur knows how to prioritize her time. As a mother of three teenagers and an owner of multiple businesses, time management is my jam! Lastly, a truly powerful entrepreneur embodies gratitude. Today in synagogue, I caught the eye of my Rabbi, whose smile showed how truly grateful she was that my family “showed up.” I feel similar feelings toward my Vault Fitness family. It is a family, a community, and we show up for one another every day.
Cheers to New Beginnings for all… I thank this audience for referring friends, and simply “showing up” with a friendly face! Hope to see you all at Vault Fitness East Boca in October and at our Grand Opening party on Saturday, November 4 from 1030am-1pm!
