Kim has been the devoted face of our spin classes for years! Her infectious
enthusiasm, friendly smile and dedication to Vault and our clients is
unsurpassed. Let’s learn more about her!
1) How long have you been doing Spin? Why did you decide to teach?
I decided to get certified in Spin after absolutely falling in love with the
workout. It was fun, high paced and I got to choose my own music – which was
an added bonus. I have been teaching for 7 years now since!
2) Why do you love to teach at Vault?
I love that it’s on a smaller scale for class sizes which makes it so much more
intimate. Getting to personally know each and every one of my clients makes
the workouts more fun! We’re like a team and family rather than client/
instructor.
3) What is your favorite workout to do in your free time?
My favorite workout in my spare time is Barre. The whole reason I started with
Vault was because of Barre. I love that it’s a full body workout using minimal
weights and props. It keeps me long and lean and in amazing shape!
4) What’s one thing about you that most people don’t know?
One thing people probably don’t know about me is that I don’t eat ANY
seafood! If it comes from the water, I do not eat it! When people do find this
out, they’re shocked that a Florida Native does not eat Seafood. LOL
5) What’s the most rewarding thing about teaching fitness?
The most rewarding thing about teaching is seeing people, the clients, at their
best! You can always tell that they just feel great about themselves after a hard
workout and that makes me happy. That I was able to make someone feel
GOOD about themselves.
6) What’s your favorite thing to do outside of fitness?
Outside of Fitness, my favorite thing is spending time with my family. After
working out and working, there’s nothing better than a family dinner!
