  1. How long have you been doing Pilates and Barre classes? Why did you decide to teach?

I started taking barre and Pilates classes at a young age, and I was just 19 when I

experienced my first barre lesson. The incredible Andreina Capriles was my inspiration, as

she truly encouraged and pushed me to become certified. This journey opened the doors

for me to achieve numerous other certifications.

2. Why do you love to teach at Vault?

Vault Fitness is a place I hold dear to my heart, as it’s where I earned my favorite three

fitness certifications (Barre, TRX, Pilates) shaping me into the instructor I am today. I

can’t help but brag about receiving the finest fitness education from them. Teaching at

Vault Fitness is a delight due to its exceptional atmosphere and the cheerful, engaged


3. What is your favorite workout to do in your free time?

To be honest, picking a favorite is tough for me! I adore every form of exercise – you’ll find

me practicing Pilates in the morning and crushing a HIIT workout at night. For me,

nothing beats the joy of simply moving my body!

4. What’s one thing about you most people don’t know?

Many people might not be aware of my origins. I’m proudly born and raised in Caracas,

Venezuela, which adds an extra kick to my teaching style! Haha.

5. What’s the most rewarding thing about teaching Pilates?

One of the greatest joys in teaching Pilates is witnessing the transformation in our clients’

bodies. Many of them are seniors, and it’s genuinely heartwarming to see their faces light

up with happiness when they no longer experience back pain or can confidently go down

the stairs without needing to grip the railing. It’s truly amazing to witness the incredible

impact Pilates can have on someone’s life and overall well-being.

6. What’s your favorite thing to do outside of fitness?

I absolutely love exploring new destinations, immersing myself in diverse cultures, and

making sure to squeeze in some exercise along the way
