We are so excited to feature Cloe this month! Her classes are uniquely designed, have the best
playlist and her energy is motivating like no other! She is known by most people around town and she truly cares for her clients, greeting everyone with a hug and true sincerity.
1) How long have you been doing Barre?
I took my first barre class in 2017, and began teaching in 2019.
2) Why do you love to teach at Vault?
I love teaching at Vault because of the people. Ever since I first started instructing, staff and clients alike were all so loving, so warm, and so fun. I truly regard everyone at Vault as family.
3) What is your favorite workout to do in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy strength training, tennis, walking, Pickleball, and high intensity interval
training… and if I can get some form of dance in there, I’m happy!
4) What’s one thing about you that most people don’t know?
I was on my way to play collegiate volleyball & lacrosse when, during my senior year of high school, I tore my ACL. Despite how hard it was for me, physically and emotionally, that event was the catalyst behind my decision to become a personal trainer.
5) Why did you decide to teach?
I have always had a passion for athletics & health, and i have always found myself wanting to
encourage others towards finding their own inner strength. In 2017, I decided to combine the two and fuel my passion for fitness with my innate desire to guide others.
6) What’s the most rewarding thing about teaching?
I believe the most rewarding thing about being in this industry is seeing people evolve. Not only
physically, but emotionally and mentally. Being in a position where I can motivate others and
encourage them through physical and mental limitations is one of the most powerful feelings.
Everyone is capable of accomplishing their goals, sometimes we just need a little accountability and a lot of support.
7) What’s your favorite thing to do outside of fitness?
Outside of fitness is dedicated to my family. We love spending time together, whether that’s running errands, at the beach, or playing pool volleyball.
