Meet Dr. Laura, as we call her at Vault WPB! Laura has been a valued Pilates client for years, working out multiple days a week consistently. She is strong, smart, disciplined, and motivated. She has also been very generous in sharing her medical expertise when we have questions.

1.How long have you been a Vault Client? How did you first hear about us?

I started coming to Vault in 2016 because I was looking for a studio near my house

2.What do you think sets Vault apart from other studios?

The people! Vault has the best instructors and a very positive environment. Everyone is so supportive and it is never intimidating to try something new.

3.Do you have a favorite class or instructor and why?

I love the noon intermediate/advanced apparatus class. Lauren is my day one!!! but I really enjoy mixing it up and taking classes with Diana and Buffy.

4.What’s your favorite thing to do in your free time, outside of fitness?

I love to travel. Since the pandemic ended, I have been able to get away to the Galapagos Islands, Portugal, Greece, Croatia, and Italy. I am looking forward to leaving for Lake Como next week.

5.What’s one thing most of us don’t know about you?

I have three grown (or nearly grown) children and a Harlequin Great Dane, Lucca.

6.What do you feel is the most rewarding thing about exercise?

Feeling strong and resilient is such a gift. I am more in touch with my body in my 40s than I was in my 20s. The goals I set now have more purpose and I am not trying to prove anything to myself or anyone else. I just love waking up each day and feeling my best.
